Donut Mind If You

Hi everyone! I got my mojo back after a while, or I can say since the Card Design Superstar Contest. It really woke me up from my sleep, it pushed my brain to work harder and somehow switch on the creative button inside of me. Lol.
Today I want to share one card with Neat and Tangled stamp set designed by Elena. She's so talented and I totally love her style.

I start with a white piece of cardstock and blend Tumbled Glass & Cracked Pistacchio Distress Inks in the middle of my card. Then I color my images with coordinate colors on the background. And add a generous amount of glossy accent on the chocolate glaze. Yum!
Since I want to keep it simple, I decided to add borders use Mama Elephant frame dies. I diecut the frames on white cardstock then color them with match alcohol markers.

I love all the sequins from Pretty Pink Posh, they came from another level. Haha. Add some sparkles and yellow hint  to my card for the finishing touch. I hope you like it and wish you an awesome day!

Merry Christmoose

Hello everyone!
I'm back with one more card for MFT Card Making Superstar Challenge..this is my third card, fingers crossed. I've seen so MANY amazing entries, I can't even imagine how to pick my top ten from that. This challenge shows the world that there are so many wonderful and amaze-balls cardmaker out there. Just WOW!

For this card, I had a sudden idea danced in my mind until I can't go to sleep, so yea I must finish the card until pass midnight then. Lol. There were just few hours left before it closed. I was waiting until sunrise to take proper photos of it.

And this is also my first Christmas card this year. I made a scene of an adorable moose sitting there beside the Christmas tree while waiting for Santa coming to his house. But hey, Santa is already there! He's peeking out of the window. :D

So I made my second scene inside the card by blending Chipped Sapphire Distress Ink as the night sky, I also splat some white inks to create the stars. For an extra cute surprise, there's a little penguin inside.

I really hope you like my card, and don't forget to wish me a lot of luck! Have a wonderful day.

Adventure Is Calling

Hi crafty friends!

You know, there's (probably) the biggest cardmaking contest is happenning right now..yes, it's MFT Superstar Card Contest 2016! Today I'm going to share my second card for it. All the entries are super fabulous and intimidating at the same time, there are lot of amazing talents! But what I got nothing to lose anyway. :)

My most favorite series from MFT is Birdie Brown, Torico has created so many cuteness on every release and it becomes a-must-have-item EVERYTIME! Haha. Don't blame me, I just can't resist.
For today's card I combine three stamp sets to create a scene, there's a story behind it. A little lady who will be going to have a new adventure and she is not alone. She has her three furry friends came along to the big city.
I start with a background city scape on a piece of watercolor paper, I stamped some of the buildings with a warm grey Hybrid Ink and another ones with black ink and fussy cut them. With this technique I can create depth for the background. I watercolor the sky with purple Distress Inks, I want to keep my color palette on the right track because I already decided that I will use purple, lilac and grey tone for this card.

The little girl from Adventure Is Calling goes really well with her furry friends from a set called Lucky Dogs. Actually most of the Birdie Brown's stamps can be mixed together, not only they have same style of drawing but also the proportion is  acceptable (I can't find the right word. LOL) The city scape is created with London Mouse stamp set, as I finished the card it looks like a postcard to me. What do you think?

This is the closer look of my card, I love to add dimensions. I hope you like my card and wish me luck!
Have a wonderful day. Thank you for stopping by.

Sunny Studio Sweet Birthday Wishes

Hi crafty friends! Here's a sneak peek of my card for Sunny Studio blog post today. Go straight to the blog to see the whole post and the proccess behind it. Just look at those sweet little faces, I just can't resist them all.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

Tickled Pink For You

Hi everyone! The Card Design Superstar contest by MFT is back..how exciting. I definitely will join (again) this year. So today I'm sharing my first card, wish me tons of luck.

I start with a piece of 4.25"x5.5" white cardstock, blend the background with MFT Persimmon and Bubblegum Hybrid Ink and a little bit of Distress Ink Worn Lipstick in between. Then I cut two stripes of 1.5"x5.5" from the same cardstock, and give an accent on the border using MFT Die-namics Homespun Stitch Lines. As for the sentiment, I stamped it with Versamark ink and white embossed it.

I can't get enough of Birdie Brown's stamps, they are totally adorable and I love each one of them. The best part is all of them corporate together really well, just like I did for this card, I mix up the sets. I watercolor all the images with Distress Markers on a piece of watercolor paper. MFT sure have the best quality products, as we all know, no matter how detail the dies I have no difficulties at all.

I hope you like my card and don't forget sending me lots of luck. Have a great day!

Hello there crafty friends!  Lexa here with a happy fall card, featuring my favorite stamp set from the new release, Woodsy Creatures. I looove critters, so you can guess why this one won my heart. Fall is around the corner, even if there's no fall where I live. But I do really love fall colors--They're so pretty!  Maybe I should visit a four seasons country the next time I travel in the fall. :)

Beach Day

I'm Hi crafty friends! What's your plan for this month? September is a quite busy month, no long holiday for the whole month makes me wandering about a holiday. Since it's so hot from where I live, you know Indonesia is a tropical island. So some splish splashing in a cold water sounds fun! :)
That's my inspiration for today. I mix some MFT stamps for this card..enjoy!

Here's a #296 sketch on My Favorite Things challenge this week. Base on it, I made my card to join the challenge.

Mr. Penguin is having a blast with his little friend the Piggy, they were chilling in the beach. The pig is trying to kick the ball..haha. I blend my sky with Tumbled Glass & a little bit Peacock Feather Distress Inks on the top part. The sand is blended with Tea Dye ink and Salty Ocean for the sea. I hope you like today's card. Hope you have a great day!
