Sunny Studio - Thank You Berry Much

Hello everyone! Lexa here today with a berry fresh thank you card using Sunny Studio Berry Bliss Stamps and use the match sentiment from Fresh & Fruity. Let's get started..

First, I stamped the berries and cherry with more muted colors with several dye inks. Layering this stamps is so easy, you don't even need a stamping tool. After finished with the stamping, I use the coordinating dies to cut all the images. I still can't believe how real they look like. Yum!
I blend Spun Sugar Distress Ink on the bottom part and stamp the gingham border from Background Basics with pink dye ink to create a table cloth. As for the top part, I blend Twisted Citron Distress Ink. Francy Frame Oval Dies is a perfect one to frame this little scene. Last but not least, I add some yellowish gems to decorate my card. Aren't they beautiful?

Thank you so so much for stopping by today and I hope you all have an amazing day!

Thank You Teacher Cards

Hello everyone! Lexa here today with another projects showcasing some of Sunny Studio products. I made two thank you cards for my daughter's teachers as this term almost over in less than a month. And I still can't believe that my baby girl will be a first grader.. how time flies!
I'm using Critter Campout Stamps in other way without camping scenes or theme. I pair it with an older stamps called School Time. I'm pretty surprise myself that both sets look so awesome together.

First, I stamped the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring, I use the coordinating dies to die cut every pieces and get ready to put everything together. For the yellow stripes border I stamp the diagonal stripes from Background Basic Stamps with yellow dye ink. The bright colors will light up everyone's day, right?

I put the pencil and the crayon as if those little critters were holding it. The word "teacher" is white embossed on a black fish tail banner from Fancy Frames Rectangle Dies. Black against bright colors from the background make the best combination. I use turqoise and pink patterned paper from Classic Gingham 6x6 Paper Pad. I also add some stars to complete the layout on my card.

That's all for today, thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you enjoy today's inspiration to stretch out your stamps and create something that completely different projects. Have a wonderful day everyone!

Window Three Square Dies is an easy choice to create layouts for your card. I layered patterned papers from the brand new Classic Gingham Paper in bright pink, yellow and teal. They perfectly pop against the black. The Hello script is cut on a piece of cork sheet, the dimension and texture is just right. And of course don't those little paws.. they are white embossed. That's how I create the patterned for my background. All the main images are stamped with Versafine black ink and watercolored with Distress Markers. I use the gingham border from Background Basic Stamps and stamp it in cherry red dye ink to use it as a table cloth for the fries, burger and cola. To keep the main images pop out, I use a piece of vellum behind them so they won't blend in with the vibrant background. I stamped the curved sentiment to follow the half-circle vellum. Lexa here today with a card featuring Birthday Balloon Stamps which is the newest layering stamps from Sunny StudioComes with five mix and match sentiments that coordinate with the large scripty birthday word. I adore this set so much since I can use all color range.. YAY for that!

I pair the most adorable Froggy Friends for this card, their happy faces are perfect for a happy card like this. The sentiment is stamped with the matching blue dye ink  on the top part of the card. Last but not least, I create a pink scalloped card base to match the balloons' color. Here's a closer look...

This is my first time create this kind of card, I think I saw one on instagram few months ago but just have time to recreate it. Trust me, it's not that tricky when you try to make one. Create a scenic card is so much fun. I stamped all the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring, I fussy cut them or if you have the coordinating dies you can use it.

This tri-fold pop up card is mailable and give a little element of surprise that will please anyone who receive it. It sure is need more efforts but trust me, it's all worth the time. Let's get started with my Easter card. I use Easter Egg Shaker Dies as the vocal point of my card, I placed it in the center. I use watercolor paper to die cut the Easter egg and then color it with Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor palete. After the paints dried out, I adhere it on top of thick transparent plastic for the window. Some small size Buttercream Jewels are also adhered with glossy accent to emblish the red flowers. I love how contrast the colors are. You must be agree that these brand new jewels are to die for! They are super pretty.... I just can't.

As for the background of my card, I blended Mowed Lawn and Tumbled Glass Distress Inks for the grass and the sky. Those adorable bunnies (my ultimate favorite of the new release!) from Bunny Friends Stamp Set are stamped with Versafine black ink and I watercolor them with Distress Inks. What's an easter card without those bunnies, right?! :)

Purrrfect Birthday

Hi everyone! Lexa here again with another inspiration for your projects. And today I'm goint to share a card that highlighting Purrfect Birthday Stamps and the coordinating dies. If you are a cat lover then this set is absolutely a must have. It has a lot of adorable kitties, even for me who's not really into cats...I can't resist it. Let's get started right away...

I first created the watercolor background using Mustard Seed and Wild Honey Distress Inks. I dab some of the inks on acrylic block and spray it with water. After it has the consistency that I want, I press it on the paper right away. Make sure you use watercolor paper so it won't absorb too quickly. I blow on some watery part to create the lines. It was so much fun! Anyone can do it, just don't be afraid to make mistakes.

Then I stamped the super cute kitties with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After finished with the coloring, I die cut each of them with the coordinating dies which can save a lot time plus it has a perfect white borders around them. Don't forget to add rosy cheeks for extra cuteness. I adhered them with foam tapes and for some of them such as the birthday cake, I use doubled.

That's all for today. Thank you so much for stopping by, I hope you like my card as much as I do. Have a wonderful Friday everyone!

You can match each hexagons with your own color palette... just how wonderful that is.

I framed each ballerinas with Fancy Frames Square Dies and create the backgrounds using Distress Inks in Worn Lipstick, Evergreen Bough and Spiced Marmalade. I use silver foiled paper to die cut the Sparkle Word Die and add some glitter to add more spark. The sentiment to complete my card is from Born To Sparkle Stamps.
