Sunny Studio : Sliding Window Card

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with an interactive card using Sunny Studio's brand new dies called Sliding Window Dies which is has been everyone's favorite since the release. I pair it with the cutest Home Sweet Gnome Stamps this time. Even if you're not a gnomes fan, make sure to check this one out because it's too cute to be missed.

First, I want to make a little scene with these gnomes in it. I cut 3"x4" watercolor paper and start to paint the grass and also the sky. I use Mowed Lawn, Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean Distress Inks for the watercolor, just simply scribble them on acrylic block/piece of plastic and add some waters. When I'm happy with the scene, I adhere it to the bottom part of the sliding window and they look super cute! I stamped the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring I cut them with the coordinating dies. Clean cut images always make me happy. I even love the pun "gnome one makes me smile like you do", so sweet yet fun!

On the back, I blend the same Mowed Lawn Distress Inks and stamp a hidden setiment from Happy Thoughts Stamp and add little hearts next to it. That's all for today! I'm so happy with the final result, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Have a wonderful day and see you next time.

I'm pretty sure everyone have heard or try their amazing products. They have so many variation of embossing powder that you need, from classic opaque to metallics and even a glow in the dark ones. First, I stamp the background using the exclusive Damask Grettings, PPP's last year collaboration with Simon Says Stamp, with WOW Rose and Oyster Glintz Embossing Powders. It looks so much better in real life, it's hard to capture it in photos. I cut black cardstock with Hello Shaker Dies, with a cute koala peeking on the window. Look how glossy and pretty the damask pattern with embossing technique.

I stamp the koalas from Koala Friends with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished the coloring, I cut them use the coordinating dies. This inside shadow box will suprise and please anybody who received it. Let's see who's inside!

Aren't they the cutest?! I also use the "Thinking Of You" sentiment from Damask Greetings inside the card. For the background, I choose pink plaid patterned paper to match the color of the front card.

Sunny Studio Fall Slider Card

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with a slider card featuring the brand new products from Sunny Studio. You must be agree with me that this release is amazing. So many innovative dies and wide range of adorable stamps. One of my favorite is Fall Kiddos, this stamp set also works so well with other ones as you gonna see in today's card.

With Sliding Window Dies you can create interactive cards in an easier way. It has extra tag dies inside the set too. First, I stamped all the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After finished with the coloring I cut each images with the coordinating dies. A little tips from me, you will need the tree dies from Happy Harvest stamp set just because you want to make your life easier. LOL. The coordinating dies cut very detailed to every little space in between the brances. I use the brand new Preppy Prints and Amazing Argyle paper pad to show you how amazing this patterned papers from Sunny Studio are. Love the bright and subtle colors, of course the quality is no doubt. Plus they coordinate so well together, you don't have to think much then.

Here's the closer look if you pull out the tab, it'll show you a hidden message. I especially love the wood grain patterned paper, so beautiful.

As if there are not enough suprises, you can create another one on top part of the card. This sweet little girl is popping up to say hello with sunflowers beside her.

And here's how the card looks when it's closed. You can easily put this interactive card inside a normal envelope and mail them. It's so perfect right?
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you enjoy today's inspiration and get creative soon. Have an amazing day to you and your beloved ones!

Sunny Studio : Pizza My Heart

Hello everyone! Lexa here today with a very pun card using Fast Food Fun stamps and the coordinating dies. Let's get started..

First, I cut a piece of watercolor paper and use Distress Inks to create the background. I scribble some Candied Apple and Spiced Marmalade on an acrylic block then spray some water to it. After that I press it to the watercolor paper until I satisfied with it. To fast speeding the proccess I use heat gun to dry the watercolor splash. I also add some polkadots in the background use Background Basics stamp and pink embossing powder, it adds textures to my card.
I stamped the pizzas three times with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring, I use the coordinating dies to cut them. It makes me crave some pizzas right now. Then I stamp the sentiment in the bottom part with the exact same black ink. The golden hearts are added for more sparkle and fun. Here's a closer look of my card.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you like today's card, have a wonderful day to you and your beloved ones!
