Puppy Parents

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with an adorable card featuring Puppy Parents Stamp and the coordinating dies. I create this card using many other stamp sets to complete the whole scene. I really enjoy it because it was so much fun!

I decide to create a dad card so all the colors will be less girly and I want to keep it simple. Plus my dad is also a real dog person, so this one is for him. First I stamp the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with the coloring I cut all the pieces with coordinating dies. The big tree is from an older stamp called Summer Picnic, the fences are from Barnyard Buddies and the smiley sun is from Sunny Sentiments. Other images of course from Puppy Parents Stamp. Those adorable little puppies and their dad are chilling under the sun. How cute is that?
The grassy border is from Comic Strip Everyday Dies. I use a grey square frame using the biggest dies from Fancy Frames Square Dies. Last but not least, I stamp the sentiment using Versafine black ink to make it crisp.

That's all for today, I hope you like this card as much as I do. Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day everyone!

Botanical Backdrop Birthday Card

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with a birthday card highlighting Botanical Backdrop Dies. This set comes with leafy stitched frame and endless layered flowers to play with. Let's get started right away!

First, I blend Peacock Feather Distress Ink all around the edges. Then I die cut the leafy frame on a matching teal patterned paper from Polka-dot Parade Paper. I decided to use four color combination for the flowers, which are pink, fuschia, purple and yellow. Using the flower dies, I randomly die cut bunch of flowers and layer them together one by one. It was so much fun! After I finished with the flowers, I arrange and adhere them on my card using glue and foam tapes for dimensions.

I use "happy birthday" from my favorite Everyday Greetings Stamp for the sentiment, I silver embossed it on an eggplant color paper so it will pop up more. Last but not least, I add pink jewels from Pretty Pink Posh to add some sparkles.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you all like my card and have an amazing day.

Purrrfect Birthday

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with an interactive 3D card featuring Make A Wish Stamps and the coordinating dies. The idea is to create a table setting with some foods and of course a birthday cake for the felines. They look even cuter with birthday hats.

First, I stamped the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After finished with the coloring, I use the coordinating dies to die cut each pieces. I use Fast Food Fun Stamps for the foods on the table, and the smallest oval from Stitched Oval Dies for the plates. The pink table cloth is from Flirty Flowers Paper Pad. The yellow napkin is created with leftover gingham paper and I fold it, yes it's that easy! When the table is all set, I adhere the little felines from Purrrfect Birthday Stamp with some strong adhesive to make sure they all stay in place.
And let's the party begin!

Here's how the card looks like when it's folded, it's 4.5"x5.5" and you can mail it easily too.

I really hope you love today's card as much as I do. Thank you for stopping by and don't forget to leave me some comments below. Have a great day everyone!

Udderly Love You

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with a card that featuring Miss Moo Stamps  and the coordinating dies. Couple weeks ago I saw the tutorial video on Jennifer McGuire's Youtube chanel how to create a side pull on card. It's so easy to make and pretty fun too. So I try to create one for today's blog.

Here's how the card looks like when it's closed. It looks like a regular 4.25"x5.5" card, but actually the message is on the right side of the card.

First, I stamp the cows from Miss Moo and Barnyard Buddies with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. After I finished with coloring I use the coordinating dies and run them through die cutting machine. For the scene background I use Build-A-Tag #1 Dies and cover the top part which has a hole on it with clouds patterned paper. I white embossed "I udderly adore you" sentiment on a piece of brown cardstock and use the fishtail banner dies from Fancy Frames Rectangle Dies. At the top and bottom part of my card base, I stamped brown polkadots using Background Basics Stamps. I keep the color coordinate red, brown and white to make the little scene pops out more. Here how it looks like when you fully pull out the side tab..

Take a look at these adorable cows. I add glossy accent to the red heart.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. I hope you like today's card and have a wonderful day!

Over The Rainbow

Hi everyone! Lexa here today with a pull on card using Over The Rainbow Stamps. This 3x4 stamp set could go along with a lot of previous Sunny Studio stamp sets, which I'm going to show you today. To make this fun interactive card is not that tricky anymore with Sliding Window Dies.

First I stamped all the images with Versafine black ink and watercolor them with Distress Markers. I mix couple of stamp sets for this scene, the little girl is from Fall Kiddos, rainbow, cloud, little ducky and the puddle is from the stamp called Rain or Shine which is a perfect match for the sentiments. I also add a pretty bakery from City Streets Stamp to complete the scene. I had so much fun coloring every pieces, it makes my heart happy to create such a colorful scene like this.

I choose the rainbow polkadot patterned paper from Spring Sunburst Paper as the card base and add teal patterned paper as the background of my scene, it's from Gingham Pastels paper pad. Inside the window panel, I blended Worn Lipstick Distress Inks to create pink gradation add the hidden words using Rainbow Word Die and Over The Rainbow Stamp. The full sentiment would be "wishing you a rainbow kind of day". Here's a closer look to see the details.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, I hope your day is full of rainbow today!
